Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator
Growbright is a new startup company that Previously Unavailable are helping launch in July, providing new parents with a range of innovative products and services.
Together we're making waves in the baby and toddler market with an exciting pipeline of safer, better baby sleep products and advice.
Right now we're looking for an energetic someone to help make this exciting new Australasian online retail business a success.
This dynamic role will see you coordinating day to day operations of the business; implementing digital marketing initiatives and supporting our customer base.
You'll be joining an experienced, fast-moving and energetic team, building the business from the ground up. You'll be working closely with the founder as well as with the Previously Unavailable team. As a key member of the team you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the business - so there's huge opportunity for development and growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day managing the website, webstore, and curated online content
Coordinating with agencies and individuals creating video, photo, written and other digital content
Executing discrete brand and marketing projects with agencies and designers
Regular reporting and reviews of sales and marketing KPIs
Digital/social marketing - strategy setting, planning and execution across a range of platforms
CRM Database management and updating
Customer service support
Regular review and coordination of inventory via partnerships with 3rd party logistics providers and manufacturers
General administration and coordination duties related to the above
Working closely with the founder and team from ventures company Previously Unavailable across a range of strategic and tactical projects
You'll be someone with:
Digital marketing experience in a previous role(s) across a range of platforms
Competence and comfort in working with online store platforms such as Shopify or similar
Good business acumen across a range of business functions (including outside of marketing)
A strong understanding and interest in social media marketing and content strategies
High level of verbal and written communication & excellent customer service capability
You'll be someone who is:
